Camping Bergkristall - Newly opened in July 2018
Welcome to Camping Bergkristall in Pfelders, the gateway to the Texelgruppe Nature Park
Our small yet delightful Bergkristall campsite, featuring just 30 pitches, is located in the heart of the Texelgruppe Nature Park surrounded by numerous 3000m peaks.
Leave the cares of everyday life far behind you at one of the most beautifully situated campsites in all of the Passeiertal valley! Here, spacious pitches and modern sanitary facilities are a matter of course.
The tranquillity of our campsite, which is directly adjacent to a fir and spruce forest, is sure to delight all nature lovers.
In addition to pitches for holiday makers, we also offer spacious seasonal and year-round pitches equipped with electricity and sewage connections.
Open all year!
Sanitary facilities - with space for all
We offer a sanitary area (handicap accessible) with separate access for men and women, which is equipped with toilets, showers, and washbasins, in addition to a hairdryer, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), dishwasher and ski storage room.
Playground - Small guests come up big
What could be more wonderful than the smiles, glowing eyes, and honest joy of children? For our kids, we offer an exciting playground and plenty of space to let off steam.
Located just 3 km from our campsite is the mountain village of Plan, which is accessible by car, bicycle or the bus that passes by every hour. Here there is a grocery store where you can purchase everything you need for your own use. You can also have fresh bread, milk etc. delivered to the campsite daily from the "Alberts Backstube” bakery, which is located in the immediate area.
Dogs are also more than welcome.
However, we ask you to keep the dogs on a leash and to walk them outside the campsite. We also ask you to always take a bag with you and to dispose of doggie waste properly at the campsite.
If your dog is too hot, you can walk to the Passeierer Bach stream, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Here your dog will have ample opportunity to cool down. Your four-legged friend will be delighted!
Rest and recreation
After an eventful day in the mountains, do something good for your body, mind and soul in our quiet zones.
Take a short, relaxing walk in our spruce and fir-tree forest and enjoy the peace and quiet and let your cares drift away.
Our small stream, which flows directly past our campsite, can work wonders during a cold foot bath by stimulating your circulation. Whilst experiencing this fresh sensation, the body’s blood vessels, metabolism and muscles benefit from improved blood circulation, purification and general relaxation. Water provides temperature-based stimulation during this treatment.
Summers are getting hotter and cooling down in the water is becoming ever more popular. Located just 5 minutes walk from our campsite, the Passeirer Bach stream flows out of the valley. There are many beautiful and cosy places along the stream where you can enjoy sun, water, peace and refreshment.
"Visit us as a guest and leave us as a friend!"
The Hofer Family look forward to your visit!
